Welcome to 16stitches.com. Our shirts are crafted from fabrics that have been carefully selected from some of the finest mills in the world. Feel free to look around the site. You can opt for our standard size shirts or customize your own.

The difference is all in the fit and the design. The quiet pleasure of knowing that your shirt has been made for you and you alone is special.

16 Stitches has devised a simple method for measuring yourself so you can order the perfect shirt for yourself. Click here to learn about the various ways in which you can send us your measurements.

We also offer standard sized shirts in two fits – regular and slim. Click here to view the size chart of our standard shirts. We recommend you measure a well fitted shirt (or measure yourself) using our measurement guide and then go through the size chart to ensure proper fits. However, if you do not find your perfect size here, then you can always opt for our custom shirts.

It’s simple! You can take any thread to measure and then scale the thread measurement with a ruler.

Alternatively, you can also send us a shirt that fits you well. We will clone your shirt to the same measurement.

You can also take an appointment with our traveling tailor, who can help you with your measurements/fits and also recommend the current trends, suitable fabrics which you can touch and feel.

Our slim fit shirts are narrower from the waist. This makes it suitable for leaner and athletic body structures.

When you provide us with your body measurements, we add some extra fabric at the chest, waist and hips to ensure a comfortable fit. In case of our regular fit we add an extra 10 cms to the chest and 8 cms to the waist. Whereas, in case slim fit shirts, we add an extra 8 cms to the chest and 6 cms to the waist.

If your shirt is not tailored to the sizing provided by you, you may send the shirt back to us for alterations. Any alterations on the 1st order will be free of charge. For details, please review our Cancellation & Return Policy.

We also have a Fabric Guide to help you understand the importance of good fabric. This section provides you knowledge about the construction, patterns and weaves of fabrics being used in our shirts. It can help you decide the fabrics suitable for you.

The fabrics used in the making of your shirts are pre-washed to make sure that there is no shrinkage after the shirt is made. Also, please read the instructions on the wash care label carefully for each fabric.

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

We can ship your product any where in the world. Within India, shipping is free.

However, for International orders, a standard fee of Rs 1000 is charged.

If you are facing any issue in placing an order, please write to us on support@16stitches.com along with a few screen shots of the error that is showing or call on 9820417772.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification along with the tracking id for the courier package. You can track the status of your order by following the link provided in the notification email.

Regardless of where you have ordered from (within India), you can expect your custom shirt to reach you in 14 working days from the time you placed your order. As for the standard shirts, you will get it within 7 working days. For details, please refer to our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

Returns & Alterations

Standard sized shirts can be returned within 7 working days.

For Returns / Alterations, email us at support@16stitches.com specifying your Order No. and Product Code.

Returns on custom shirts are not accepted but we work with our customers to ensure a perfect fit and guaranteed satisfaction. For details, please refer our Cancellation & Return Policy and Our Guarantee.

At 16 Stitches, we use the conventional handmade pattern making process and every shirt is crafted to perfection especially for you. For us to deliver a perfectly fitting shirt, it is important that the measurements you provide us are accurate and exactly as per our measurement guide.

Once an order is placed, it is difficult for us to make changes to the order. However, send us an email on support@16stitches.com or call us on 9820417772 as soon as you can and we will try our best to help you.

If you have ordered for a standard shirt, to cancel your order you need to drop us an email on support@16stitches.com or call us on 9820417772.

For our custom shirts, once an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations as every garment is handcrafted to one’s unique styling and measurements. However, please send us an email on support@16stitches.com or call us on 9820417772 as soon as you can and we’ll try our best to help you.

Account Information

To place an order at 16 Stitches, you need to create your own account with us. Details of your account will not be shared with any third parties (please refer Privacy Policy for details). The account will help you save multiple measurement profiles with the option of choosing any while placing your order. All your historical transactions, credit refunds can be easily tracked. Once you have created an account, shopping at 16 Stitches is not only fun, but super convenient.

Your payment details are directly sent to the payment gateway in an encrypted format. We do not store any of these details on our server.

If you forgot your password, simply click on the "forgot password" link and follow the instructions.

To stop receiving promotional emails from 16 Stitches, you can click on the “unsubscribe” option at the bottom of any of our emails sent to you.

Pricing, Payment Option & Gift Vouchers

We offer our customers four payment options for their convenience. You can choose to pay through our secure net banking facility, credit card, debit card or opt for the cash on delivery option.

Yes, pricing is based on the fabric you select and the customizations made on the shirt. All additional charges will be notified to you while you design your shirt and before the transaction is concluded.

Our prices are inclusive of all domestic taxes.

Your Gift Voucher is personalized with a unique coupon code. At the time of checkout, simply click on the following link- "Click here if you have a coupon code" and enter your coupon code. The amount of the Voucher will immediately get deducted from your total cost.

Our promotional account credits are valid for 30 days from the date of the promotion unless otherwise specified. Credits obtained from refunds are valid for 12 months from the date the refund was received.
